Account recovery
If you have lost access to the email address on your EBVS account — for example because you have changed jobs — you can use your ORCID iD to start a recovery request. Your College Administrator will verify your identity by phone before any change is applied.
What happens next
- You sign in with ORCID and confirm your account on the next page.
- Your College Administrator receives an approval request and rings you on a phone number they already have on file.
- Once they confirm your identity, we email a confirmation link to your new address.
- Click the link to complete the rotation; you're then signed in normally.
Privileged accounts (EBVS or College Administrators, Exam Committee) cannot use this flow — please contact another administrator directly.
