Account recovery

If you have lost access to the email address on your EBVS account — for example because you have changed jobs — you can use your ORCID iD to start a recovery request. Your College Administrator will verify your identity by phone before any change is applied.

What happens next

  1. You sign in with ORCID and confirm your account on the next page.
  2. Your College Administrator receives an approval request and rings you on a phone number they already have on file.
  3. Once they confirm your identity, we email a confirmation link to your new address.
  4. Click the link to complete the rotation; you're then signed in normally.

Privileged accounts (EBVS or College Administrators, Exam Committee) cannot use this flow — please contact another administrator directly.
